3107: Made in Paris, France, these feather trims from unused New Old Warehouse Stock still have the Paris label of origin attached. Shaped like small paddles, these jewel-like felt millinery trims have bright multicolored feathers pasted to the front sides. They are in mint condition, but delicate due to the age of the near 100 year old glue, and need to be repasted before using.

3481: Made in France complete with labels of origin, these dyed and lacquered goose quill stickup trims are each made of a single goose quill that has been stripped on one side, dyed, and coated with a lacquer-like finish. The feather shaft on has been painted with a gold paint. At the base of each trim is a reconstructed bird head that has been build up on a base core and covered with small feathers that are pasted in place. Glue may show in places on lighter colors. Most colors are available in both left and right quills. The trims are in excellent-mint unused condition but should be re-pasted before use due to age and fragility of the almost 100 year old adhesive. Ruler shows size.

3208: Made in Paris, France, and complete with label of origina, these small flower fancy feather trims from unused New Old Warehouse Stock are constructed of bi-color hand dyed feathers glued onto fabric backing, initially in two pieces. The circular top piece is glued to the bottom floral piece. They are in mint condition, but delicate due to the age of the glue, and need to be re-pasted before using. Glue may show in places on the lighter colors, especially the ivory.

2974: Made in France, these NOS lacquered quill fancy feather trims still have the Paris label of origin attached to them. They are constructed of two black feathers with a painted/lacquered finish that are glued together, one of which has had the shaft cut away at the base. Pasted onto these black base feathers in a striped pattern are feathers in contrasting colors (as listed). They are in very good condition, but exceedingly delicate due to the age of the glue, and need to be re-pasted before using. All the parts are there, so just removed from packaging with care. 3264: Made in Germany, these small, circular, vintage bird feather trims still have the German label of origin attached. Each is constructed of feathers that are cut, manipulated and pasted together into two parts- the "head" and the circular base- which are then chemically affixed together. They are about 2" in diameter, and the colors are rich and un-faded. They are in excellent-mint condition, but should be re-pasted before use as glue is fragile due to age. Glue may show in places on lighter colors.

5091: Made in in the earlier 1900's, these NOS double wing trims are in very good - excellent unused condition. Each trim is made of two wings that are wired together. Each is constructed of pasted hand dyed feathers. The green wings are reminiscent of leaves. Due to the age and fragility of the glue, these trims should to be repasted before using. Colors are vibrant and saturated- no fading.
